Furtat I. B. (Astrakhan State Technical University, Russia) Decentralized time-suboptimal control of multiinput-multioutput systems In paper is considered decentralization robust optimal control of parametric and functionally by uncertain multicoherent plant. It is supposed that the scalar outputs of local subsystems are accessible measurement only each of which are used only in the subsystems. The purpose of control consists in translation of plant of an initial condition to final for the minimal time with the given accuracy. Full text (PDF, 288 Kb, in Russian)

On july 6-11 the 17th IFAC World Congress on Automatic Control took place in Seoul, Korea.
It had a record number of almost 3000 participants. 2716 papers were presented at 423 sessions, including 288 papers from China, 265 from France, 217 from Korea, 211 from Japan, 194 from USA,... 70 from Russia. The Russian delegation had a record number of 106 participants.
The next, 18th IFAC World Congress will take place in Milano, Italy, in 2011.
Before the Closing Ceremony 14 eminent scientists were awarded as IFAC Fellows, including the Chairman of the Russian National Committee of Automatic Control Prof Alexander Borisovich Kurzhanski. Congratulations!
